At Mary & Grace Charleston, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains our procedures clearly and transparently.
Return Conditions

Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically received by the customer.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing the item is not allowed.

Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.
Return Process

Register your return by contacting info@marygracecharleston.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs duties, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method used for the order.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
